Karen Millen Head Office
Karen Millen, founded in 1981, specialises in crafting evocative and beautiful women’s fashion to the highest possible standards. KM stores can be found across 65 countries, offering bespoke collections created by perfectionist designers, looking to engage that confident style for women across the world.
Following on from recent work we carried out for Karen Millen, Glasshouse was invited back to help restyle their Head Office in London.
With a reputation of being a high-end fashion retailer, Karen Millen wanted to reflect this throughout their head office in London and asked Glasshouse to help make it happen.
Design, print and install
Site visit and assessment
After an initial site visit to assess the space, Karen Millen provided us with a project brief, with the ever-popular woodland vibe being a key feature of the requirement.
Concept Design
Our design team used the brief to come up with initial concept designs. Using photos that were taken during the site visit, we were able to provide Karen Millen with visuals oh how the space would work with the designs, which were then signed off ready to fit.
Once approved by the client, the job was then passed over to our in-house print and finishing team. Following rigorous quality checks the team ensure the end product is printed to the best possible standard, ready to fit.
Installation
Due to it being Karen Millen’s head office, we were asked to work out of hours to cause as little disruption to the working staff as possible. Over the course of a weekend, our team of fitters applied a series of woodland inspired wall vinyls to three meeting rooms and three meeting pods which really brightened up the area and added a sense of tranquility to relax in.
Moving on to the break-out area, a brick effect vinyl was added to the huge and complex space to compliment the woodland theme, adding a New York loft vibe and completely transforming the space.
